As for the fan noise, the fan bearings are probably on their way out. New motor kit costs about $80.

Awesome. You would happen to know how to install this part by chance would ya? And would I have to remove my whole dash board or can I just go underneath the dash

I get a flutter noice at a low fan setting and thats pretty common I wouldn't bother with it. Did you lower it on springs or did you cut the stock ones or what

I have the same fan noise, I just turn up the volume also curious for fix
edit: upon searching it looks like it's under the dash and not worth fixing it just comes back. Volume up!

I gotta find the YouTube video. You may be able to find it yourself, but I'll see if I can.

You'll just have to go underneath the dash, no biggie.

I got the same thing... Sounds like something is by the fan and just slapping it as the blades go by it.. Its funny because the noise (fluttering noise) goes away some days and can be heard on all speed settings of the blower fan. Anyone actually figure out what is causing that "fluttering noise"
