Yeah, no its not bad. Some lady crossed thru a crosswalk when she didn't have the right of way and realized it halfway thru. So then she decided to run back across the crosswalk to the side she came from not seeing that I was already passing safely by her and she ran full speed smack into the side of my car as I slammed the brakes and tried to avoid her. Damages: Broken driver's side mirror and dent on my fender from her knee. She got a broken foot and a citation from the cops for crossing when she shouldn't have. I got two witnesses to back me up thankfully. My insurance adjuster was like, "wow, you can't even be making this up, its so crazy". I'll check out the new post.

Awesome! I still have to work the details out with my adjuster. Its messy cause the accident was with a pedestrian. So since she's at fault whats happening is, my car insurance is actually going to have to sue her to get reimbursed for the damages to the car. They said there's no time frame for when/if I'll get that money from her. So most likely I'll end up paying my deductible and getting fixed.
