Oh, that is SO mine, and it is SO getting fought. The cop SHOULD have wrote it for a 35mph speed zone, BUT, i made him nervous by asking to see the radar, since my speedo said I was doing a hair over 40 (42, but my speedo is off about 1.5mph). He didn't clock me, and I know it because he beat around the bush when i asked to see the radar, saying he will check if its still up there or not. Once I had to sign the ticket, I saw that and just dropped the radar thing, thinking I am sure I can get this dropped.
I gotta get my headlights to you to give to shawn bro. What are you doing today?

the worst that can happen is your going to blow the turbo lol. oh well. i have another. anyways.....
with cops usually they have to show you the radar if you request. if you dont request to see it then its your fault.

technically they do if they pull you over for speeding as proof that you were speeding and they arent just trying to give you crap. but like i said if you try to say in court the cop didnt show the gun then they are going to tell you they dont have too. you need to be sure to ask if you think you werent speeding.

They don't technically have to, BUT its very hard for the judge to say that they have proof beyond a shadow of a doubt if the officer doesn't show you. I think they need electronically printed slips to attach to citations that states the date/time/speed, kinda like a receipt, then just staple it to the ticket.
