We are in a holding pattern, I am waiting to hear back from GM (they have been off for the last 2 weeks).
Can't to into any details yet but this might affect what week we get together. Hold off on your plans for a few more days if you can. There tons of hotels in the area so that shouldn't be any problem.

i've stated this time and time again in this thread that i'm working with CED on the date... look to my first post!!

i've also stated time and time again that i have hotel information but i'm waiting on the official date to reserve blocks for everyone.
