I hit a deer in the road Saturday night. Someone else hit it first so my damage is minimal.
No visible damage to the front bumper cover.
Just bent the exchanger and broke the radiator and cracked the air dam.
We'll know more when it gets on the lift tomorrow.
Anyone have a guessitmate of what the heat exchanger and radiator for an '07 SS/SC cost (just curious) and how available these parts are.
It's the insurance company's problem now.

 

Hmmm I know you can get them very easily.....Not sure on cost of factory items though.

sucks man two days after i bought mine i hit a ratcoon and i bent the heat exchanger a/c condensor and busted the radiator. i bent back the exchanger and a/c fiberglassed my front bumper and bought a new radiator that cost me around 160$ but still cheaper than my 500$ deductable and you cant even tell i ever wrecked it... but the deer sucks.. two months before i bought my blue ss i bought a silver ss and totaled it out on a 240lbs 8 pointer on my way to school only 1 month a 2 days after i bought it talk about shity luck

 

Mine turned out to have nearly $2800 in damage.
Didn't look that bad.
Same damage you had and then some.
It's at Meramec Heights A/B now.
I might have it back Friday.

 

I have a stock SS/SC heat exhanger sitting around. Or this could be the perfect time to upgrade it.
