I'm sure many of you knew already. I don't speed often in Cedar Rapids limits, at least no more than the general speed of traffic which is often over the speed limit. I'm almost certain the two on I380 will be in the Quaker Oats / St. Lukes Hospital area.

im sorry but all those places are congested. exspecially edgewood.I 380 is okay though

i know edgewoods got 2 lanes, im saying its not a good road for speeding, there going to be issuing tickets for keeping up with traffic, its not like 380 where you can fly

 

Don't forget that with the exception of the I380 cameras and the mobile all of them will also catch red light runners. That's probably why some of those congested intersections were chosen. People will not only run the red but speed up to do it.

Plus like, the NB Collins Rd ramp coming off Center Point rd. People are always "racing" there because it goes down to one lane and it's usually congested.

man, the cops around knoxville are getting pissed about the red light and speeding camaras. i think they are going to take them out here

 

I saw the two on 380 tonight.

In the SOUTHBOUND lanes it is just on the south side of Quaker Oats. I think it's the entrance ramp of 1st Ave. E.

In the NORTHBOUND lanes it's just before the bridge... just after the Diagonal Drive / 8th Ave exit.

So basically don't speed anywhere near St. Lukes / Quaker Oats. I usually don't anyway or try not to but man... a LOT of people do!
