Ive seen a silver one around that area too was it wingless by any chance?.... I have the blue ss/sc... and I drive the elgin o'hare everyday. I live in the schaumburg area.... im surprised I havent see ya.... Ive only seen one sunburst orange ss/sc and that was like midnight one night in a mcdonalds parking lot. Wasnt you by any chance?

 

I have a Silver SS/SC and work in Wood Dale, off of Thorndale and Wood Dale Road, so I use 83 to get there. The only thing is that I don't really go on the Elgin-O'hare so it must have been someone else!

 

brifriinc.... that was not me. I live over in bartlett! I work from 6am - 3pm, so I rarely make it till midnight

drums2k6..... I spotted a silver SC again this weekend in bartlett going west on Stearns
off RT 59 (I had plans so I could not chase). Now might you be the silver SC I caught up to on I-294 west or north on the way to I-355, maybe a month ago?

Ive only seen two cobalt ss/sc's since i got mine. Well to be fair i got my car less then a month ago soo, but yeah im up for meeting up and getting to know some of the other cobalt owners if someone wants to set up a meet for chicago peoples.

 

We have meets for us Redline guys pretty frequently, but we've been on hold for the last two months now... my house is a virtual LSJ tuning shop.

Yeah, but that was different. You'd feel the same way if you busted your ass tuning an LSJ with a rebuilt motor, pistons, head work, 10.5:1 compression, etc, etc... and the only response you got was the guy basically talking smack for 2 weeks about it...

I was REAL pissed at Rice for a while there...

Good guy, he lives right off of wise road bout 2 mins away from irving park rd. on springnsguth (spelling?). Where around bartlett do you live? Im heading up to greatlakes dragaway next tues. He fully rebuilt his motor, and expected it to be tuned in 2 days... and then got real pissy when it wasn't perfect...
