Hehe, I drove by Jenro's round 8:30 and spotted some lovely Roush and new style, as well as old, stangs. Some corvettes too. The Roush was all decked out in blue neons.... *creams himself* But as for the meet, good idea.

Well it looks like we got all the Eastern VA Balts together on this thread. Anyone be interested in doing a Meet in the middle of the state at some point? Hell, I'd even be willing to wait til it got warm again and go all the way to the beach for a bit. If anyone's got some ideas or interest in this we could start planning. Especially if you have some knowledge of the area since I'm origionally from PA and dont know the state well.

Just tryin to start somethin, lemme know what you all think.

thats cool, if you guys get something set up one weekend post it in advance if you can and lets see if anyone from this side of the state would like to make the drive over and chill out for a weekend or something. Im game for something like that, keep us posted.

 

Well If you wanted to meet up pretty much half-and-half....that would probably be around Staunton-ish. Theyve got this really nice train station retaurant out there too. Or if you wanted to come a little further out this way for all the VA Beach people Id recommend Charloettsville. And theres always something going on there (UVA). Or if you wanted to wait till it got warmer ( Im allergic to winter time!) then VA Beach would be perfect. Plus there are always some good shows up towards Dinwitty. But hell Im out that way about 2ce a year. My sis lives right outside of Blacksburg....so myabe we could get something going then as well.

 

Haha, I'm moving to blacksburg in the summer. I'd be willing to drive a few hours, as long as we had it set two or so months in advance because I need to find what weekends I don't have weddings to do. I think there are a few weekends in November, and I know I have several weeks of break during the holidays from both work and school.
Francis, we are trying to meet every saturday and set up a team if you look into that hampton roads thread.

The car show at Warwick High School in Newport News is on Nov. 5th. Thats a Sunday. Registration is at 9. The show is from 11-4. Its a $25 entry fee. You can look up info on this show at www.warwickraiderband.com. Its for a good cause...hehe..and it will be fun. If we can donate $50 we can get advertising on the back of shirts....was thinking about getting in touch with the c/a guy again to see if we can use their logo. Also we need to think of a name ASAP so we can place it on the reg. forms!!!! If you are interested in going let me konw. We def need to get together to talk this thing out.
