Nice. I actually meet a guy from Ohio. when i went to my A.S.V.A.B who owns a cobalt SS/SC with stage 2, he was joining the marines. I couldnt join the navy, i get sea sick
once i get my cash, im building the motor first and supporting mods and puttin cash down on the car to help pay it off. i wanna make sure my motor lives to see atleast 80k miles

my uncle described the ship riding like a roller coaster so i took a chance and it paid off. its not really like a roller coaster, more like a water bed in constant motion

i was born and raised in flint but moved up to birch run for high school. I'm 25.
I wouldnt let the car get to 8,150 if i were you. If you want to hit that or go over upgrade the crank, 3 guys have already diesinagrated their crank shafts letting the rpms get that high

i have all forged internal lower end, and all titainium top end w/ stage 1 comp cams. the valve train i have is rated to handle 10k rpms but the cam shafts redline is 9k. Need to get the turbo grind cams or stage 3 cams if i want to reach 10k, along with changing out the crank shaft
thanks man, i do to after i got to drive it.

did you see my post earlier about the stuff that was done to the engine and how she runs.
i would shoot a vid for you guys but it i dont think the cam will register the deeper sound. the tone is the same though, and she cams a bit
you know what i can try anyway what the hell. ill post it up on myspace and you guys can be the judge of it, let me know if its different.

yeah turbo timer keeps your car running after you shut the car off long enough to let the turbo cool off a bit so you dont crack it. lol
i have found a new problem though, i think they didnt tighten down all the valve cover bolts. there is oil all over the top of the valve cover. i dont know if they crack it some where or if the bolts are loose. im going to check that out tomorrow in the daylight
