Nice job!!! How easy was it to get those tweeter surrounds off? I'd be interested in how you get the covers behind the handles off too. I love the glove box piece as well! I never thought of doing the e-brake cover. Is is the same shitty one that the '05 and'06 models have? I figured it would be too flexible to paint and it would all come off.

I'd be REAL careful messing around there...just might deploy or mess up the airbag...

very nice. i like it. i think im might pick up some extra door panels so i can practice with bondo and smooth the doors over. i like the smooth painted look better myself.

Make sure you sand the texture down firsat and use the bondo as a filler.

I have a LS there are no tweeters... I'm gunna try to figure out the steering wheel peices tonight, and do the door handles as well. As for the e-brake, it is pretty flexible, so if it starts to come off I'll eitheer get a new one, or find something better...

so I painted a little more... and I didn't feel like taking off the door panels today to do the handles... but I did do this...

Now if only I had the white face gauges...

Yes it would, but it is very time consuming. Also it sucks when you screw up and have to start over, like I had to a few times....

The thing you need to remember the most is when painting... its easier to add more paint then it is to take paint off... multiple light coats=perfection

I tried, to keep the chrome, but when took the tape off of the chrome it pulled the orange paint up... so I just painted the whole damn thing, maybe i'll buy another one, to try and get it just the way I like it
