yea it's that way in a few states. if they don't show your off. i got out of a few tickets that way.

i was looking for a manifold because i found a turbo kit i can make work on my balt for $600 + shipping. it's from a place in cali and it includes a t3/t3 turbo with an internal wastegate set to 8psi. a intercooler plenty of intercooler piping and a hose kit and oil lines. the routing of the piping and mounting of the turbo and stuff is a (do it yourself) type thing. but with that cost i'm all there.
$600 sounds like a good price, hoperfully its not the Ebay kit that has counterfeit parts.
that about a fuel solution? and as far as you looking for an exhaust manifold, why use a SS stock manifold??
theres a kid that sells Log style Turbo exhaust manifold for about $100. and you can get then with or without a wastegate. but if your turbo has an internal wastegate and has a mitsubishi fange you should try to get a SAAB 93T 2003+ it fits the ecotec and has a mitsubishi flange.

no actually t3 and t4 came on a dodge daytona mid 80's. (had one) they all had internal waste gates. the fuel problem will be fixed with a port fueler from hahn racing. or i will adapt a 5th injector like saab did. it's actually quite easy to make one up. also on top of that most cars will run on a low boost liek 4-6 psi with no modifications to the fuel system. the stock computer goes into open loop mode and just reads the AFR and keeps adding fuel. HOWEVER it is very easy to over do it and normally is not recommended.
no it's not the ebay kit. i found them while looking for a twin turbo for a friend's camaro we will be doing this summer. they make a great kit for that too. they keep the cost down by no making exhaust manifolds and down pipe's. thats where the R/D work comes in. the rest is pritty easy. well except the tuning part.

well i'm back and now i have the problem of my AC not working for ****.... it blows but it blows hot as hell, like hotter then it is outside, it feels liek the heat is on when i have the ac on....

You should bring it to the shop. I am sure we can get your ac blowing cold again.
i set up a time with shop there at bay chevy, but i dunno if i'm going to be able to do it or not becasue i have to work, and they want me to drop it off, which i really cant do because its the only car i have....this might be one of those things i have to do myself
