Ideas for Va Beach and Tidewater region Cobalts
oh and yes, i do do work underway. at least on this ship anyway. we are a division of 4, yes you read that right a division of 4. on this ship the tomahawkers are in a division all by our selfs and are expected to do the work of a full division. you know the H pway back by the flight deck, yeah we own that, and the entire trunk outside of our workspace.
big pain in my rear keeping up on that pway. i just spen the last 6 straight hours field daying that pway, white washing it, and then stripping and re waxing the deck. i got most of it re painted but still needs a lot of more work.
you just went to the wrong meps station. back in michigan they took anyone that could get about 80% of the tones heard in the hearing test

and even if you are in the navy there is no garantee you will get a bonus. undesignated get no bonus, yoman have no bonus, store keeps have little to no bonus.
pretty much anything that will have to do with mechanics, electronics, or a special trate like being able to speak aribic will get you a decent bonus.
hell the nuclear engineers get a 90k bonus

yeah because life expectedly is cut in half because of the radiation lol they can keep that ****

I'm glad i let you guys talk me into keeping it and just finishing it off.
Yea I wanted to see EXACTLY how much power the internals can handle. And see what is the Smallest pulley before I have to get a different supercharger or Turbo.
I'll be back end of Feb. Taking the car to dyno tune performance the day i get back, droping it off and they will be re-installing the STS turbo system and wiring up my AEM f/ic. I hope they can get the work done because i have already made a basic tune on the AEM for 42lb injectors to run under stock conditions. All ill have to do is tune on the fly w/ a stand alone wide band.

I wonder what kind of ship you are on, because on mine we have prc decks that contractors come onboard and strip and wax. You must be on an older ship than mine because that is the first time I have heard anyone talking about stripping and waxing a passageway. Are you talking about the 300 p-way? That is what they call it on my ship from frame 300 to 338 and there is a connector that runs from side to side. My division owns that passageway, but I don't know why... On my ship, the tomahawk techs have their own division, but they are combined with the vls gunners mates.
not the same in my div we are all by our selfs, no vls techs or anything. makes it a big pain in the ass. the 300 pway use to belong to CF originaly because of the annex that is right there. but when we were in the construction yards my chief wanted an ofice space and CF said you can take the annex but you ahve to take the pway and your 2 sn's and 2nd class will have to clean it by themself and maintain it. he said i dont care, what ever it takes to get the office space. and then ontop of that he didnt even use it, he always hung out in our work shop all day.
ok ok, how is this? is this one any better. lol next ill try to make it look a little more Fast n Furious, LMAO

this time i painted the car silver base coat then put gold flames on the front and then layed candy apple red over the top of it all

[QUOTE=xCobalt05x;1526241]Im on a brand new ship, its only 2 years old. our captain is ****, he loves to hold cleaning stations 4 times a day. for most ships what you call a friday field day, he calls cleaning stations and our friday field day is more like a zone inspection field day. yeah im talking about the 300 pway.

We call our cleaning scrubbers and we only do it once a day. Our ship is pretty clean and there is no real need to clean 4 times a day. Your CO is a real douchebag. Don't feel bad though, the same thing happened to my division. My old lcpo wanted the annex so we ended up with the passageway as well. Your hull number must be 92+ because I am on 87 and my ship is almost 5 years old.

Hmm...I Like the red, but not a big fan of the flames. I prefer just a two-tone paint job with no real design. But hey it's your car, dont let my oppinion sway you. ( i don't want to come off as an ass)
Anybody interested in racing tomorrow night?
Northeast Dragway in NC is only 38 miles away.
They have test and tune every Friday.
It's a 1/8mile strip and cost $20.
No helmet required for us slowpokes.
I'm thinking as long as there's not some ridiculous crowd there we'd get more runs than driving all the way to Richmond for (if you're lucky) three runs. It's almost two thirds less in distance to get there and if any of you have ever been on 17S you know it's two lanes of open road. Less time/distance/gas to get there and the possibility get more runs. I've heard it's a nice track. And even if it's not, you didn't waste all it would take to get to Richmond for just a couple of runs.
Come people. Is this a "club"? If it is then let's go represent. If you don't want to race, oh well, go anyway, cheer on those of us that want to, and you can run the camera.
So, let's hear it. Commence the excuse cycle....

Gates open at 6pm, racing starts at 7pm, ends at 10pm. The person I talked to on the phone said they often run past 10 but emphasized that the hours are from 7-10.
