Ideas for Va Beach and Tidewater region Cobalts
I started using mobil 1 synthetic today, and was wondering how often you guys change your oil?
well you car sounded good this morning when i seen you going out the gate... I need an exhaust or something really soon... damn wedding taking all my funding... lol

not really dude just did'nt like the NC one as much
its closer to you maybe but what ever i'll go i guess wount hurt to learn how to launch the car the right way
Just come out Friday. Yes it's an 8th mile but the work on your launches which will help for any distance. And I know you need to practice launching with that TB. You'll get reaction and 60 times. All the important stuff. Once you get past the first half of the 1/4 it's all just throttle anyway.
Not worth me spending the extra time, money, and gas unless there's some chedda for winnin' yo.

Damn, its been a while since I posted on here I think....
Check this **** out...went to the Taste of Chaos show on the 13th, and man it was pretty damn good, until right as soon as I turned around to face the pit that started behind me, I caught the back of someone's head with my nose. Broke that bitch and ******* blood went every where. It was pretty cool after the fact, but damn the **** nearly knocked me out after the adreneline went away.
Anyway, I would love to head up to Richmond and see what my car can do with the full stage 2 and the TB. We should meet up and maybe try this Sunday or something.

What would be the best spark plugs to use in the 2.2?
How often do you think I should change the plugs out?
... I was going by the 3000 mile rule for oil, and the 6 month rule for plugs. I was using the delco plugs i think, and Castrol 5w-30 regular motor oil... Yester I started using Mobil 1 Synthethic, and i was looking for any ideas as to what plugs I should use?

I do not know about the spark plugs to be honest.
As for how often to change them, reg scheduled maintenance is every 30k miles. So I would stick to that. If you got some performance **** going on (i mean REAL performance) ever 10k-15k.

I left with cobeezy and his crew at about 630 last week and we still got there in time to get in some good runs. I won't leave that late again, but it's possible. Track runs from 7-10+

I change my Royal purple every 4k, i would do it every 3k but its expensive.
the LED 3rd break light is easy to install

I'll be enroute to michigan (mainly to pick up my STS turbo system ) to visit family and friends. I'll be back on the 31st and for anyone that wants to check out the turbo kit before my car goes into the shop i will have be able to meet up on the 2nd of april.

I'd go again but I don't have that kind of money to go again. I did have fun watching the 3 cobalts that did hit the track. It took me more like an hour and a half to get there but I wasn't speeding like the others, lol. I will definitely have to go again some other time though.

My oil is good for 15K, plus I don't beat my car either. Nor do I have any engine mods.
