no really man working on sunday sucks.... and having thursday off sucks, because nothing is going on. I would rather work monday through thursday, and have off sunday, when most of the meets and things are...

I also seen a red SS/sc across from autozone in the plaza with the NAPA store, Also I seen a 2008 Sport (SS/na). and my last siting of today was a gray LS or LT on South Lynnhaven, it sound like it had exhaust and intake... any on here claim any on those

 

no way! i love having thursdays off! the city belongs to me. i can go to the mall with out the hassle of kids there. if i go out to eat, theres no wait! etc etc!

 

i know what you mean but there is really nothing going on thursdays.... its not like there's parties, or car shows... or autox on thursdays... all the good stuff is sunday... and i have to work all day... 2 pm till 10 pm or later...

im on duty today, lol. i get to go back to michigan thursday after noon. i will be bringing back my stage 3 kit if anyone wants to check it out before i take the car to DTP

when do come back from michigan? and when do you bring the car in, and how long do you think it will be in for? I'm down for getting together, before it goes in to DTP as long as its on a friday or saturday... or maybe even this sunday since i think i'll have off

 

i come back from michigan on the 31st and the ship goes to yorktown. I would say april 2nd at the earliest to check out the kit before i take the car in to DTP for install.

i have some more updated info on the turbo spacifics. its a garret t60-1 Hi-Fi w/ ceramic ball bearings (lot less spooling friction then traditional steal ball bearings)

 

oh ok your going on like post deplyment leave... good stuff... april 2nd is a tuesday i think because i have a support equipment class on the monday the 1st i think... but yeah i'm down for getting together anytime firday or saturday...

lol and you have the extra money to put all this on your car, as where i don't and wish i did... your also more couragous them i am... because i don't think i would try to turbo my car being that there is no tuning for it, besides a a piggyback

the paint turned out good, just not my color of choice for wheels. i really dont even like my wheels but i didnt want to do the black wheels with chrome lip because everyone does it. I'm trying to stay unique, hence the remote mount turbo. That will score BIG unique points at car shows

which reminds me. I need to come up with some kind of display stand or something that lists the mods done to the car and wont look cheezy. needs to look professional

 

i won't be seeing any underway time till the bush get done and we do shakedown on it, and then when the Big E gets ready ready to go again...

For anyone who knows anything about the 06 sedan cobalts, do you know where the tranny dipstick is located? I have a friend who really doesn't know much bout them and wants to know. I don't remember from my sedan. Please if anyone can help out let me know. Thanks.

 

if its a manual it doesnt have one..

 

from what im told you have to go to the dealer and they have to change the trany fluid. they didnt make the trany fluid a DIY type thing.

I got my header installed today but there is an exhaust leak at the ball flange and need to get a new ball flange. anyone know where i can order one?
