Now I don't do this normally. But I can get you a great deal on a Engalls Torque Damper. They are usually 2 or 3 grand on the black market.....but i got some connections and can get you one for about 1500. The only thing is, it has to go thru me. So you go ahead and just write me a check and I'll make sure you get it. No need to thank me. Glad to help out a fellow local Cobalt.

Got my car back from the dealer... they told me they weren't touching my tranny because of the aftermarket shifter (TWM), but if I reverted (yeah right ) back to stock they would work on it. They said they didnt hear any grinding noise... BS. And they found why my trunk wasn't working... I blew a 20 amp fuse when I shorted my LEDs so now I'm back in business with the undercar lights!

Apparently the LTR fuse that controls our cigarette lighters also controls the trunk mechanism

By the way, how do you guys feel about talons? they are DSM's (Diamond Star Motorsports) which was owned by chrysler and in turn GM. Any objections? I know two talons, one is a TSI. The other talon has a crossfire as well. I know we would need to vote them in, just putting the idea out there for now. Most of you have met Dwain anyways. As well as Travis, if you've been going to the super K meets. They usually join us.

 

no landen its not bs ok the guy who worked on your car took it out for a test drive and heared nothing dude and not for nothing someone did you a favor you should'nt bad mouth them and he works on the cobalts in that dealer he's worked on lee's as well you might wana change that heavy ass shifter *** maybe that will stop the grinding noise and i went with the Tech on the test drive and i heared nothing but the engine noise your lucky they were gonna void your warenty on the car if it was'nt for lee to step up and say nahh man ok and you were gonna hook up my neons to the ciggeret lighter so i probley would of been assed out just like you and would'nt be able to open the trunk??

On December 16th there will be a cruz-in in Chesapeake.....good opportunity for people on that side of the water....since we havent had much over there to attend...the show is from 10-2 and they ask that everyone who wants to participate be there at 9. There will be food and door prizes, a special guest, and Santa so we can all tell him how bad weve been this year....sounds like it would be a good time and Id like for everyone to try and be there......

My neons are hooked up to my battery....with a fuse in between the battery and the switch....no problems.... ....well except for my zip tie that broke so one of my wires was hanging down....but Warren fixed it for me....thanks dude!!!
