ahh i see, i love the light output from them though. i've had gen 2's with 8000k hids. sucked. had stockers with 10000k and 10000k in fogs, was pretty decent, but now i have the retrofits with 6000k and 10000k fogs and it's by far the best. I need to get tinted too, gonna get 5% put on once it starts to heat up again.

rofl. it seems like cops here in indy just don't care about your tint. I'm always drivin around and my girlfriend will ask why i never roll my windows down and i say I'm keepin my stealth up haha
and i dint have it tinted, i bought the car tinted alreadyrobk

Speaking of tint, I always see guys on the southside getting popped over tinted taillights. I guess that's what happens when the amateurs use autozone junk and tint them waaaaay too dark! I got a guy that hooks it up on a nice glossy black finish, and the light shines thru to where the cops don't even look twice.

i've had far below the legal tint % for at least a year until i got this car and never had a problem with it. I put i wanna say 3 coats of nightshade on my tails and if you ask me i think it has actually made the brakelights more noticeable because they're dark so when you hit the brakes the bright red lighting is more obvious instead of blending.

agreed, as soon as i get money I want ur dude paintin my tails cause urs look sick. i used that nightshade and it looks good but its not that super gloss finish. And who did u guys get to tint your windshield? I have asked around and noone will do it cause its illegal so does that mean i have to do it myself?

a guy here will tint whatever you want and cheap too. this is my 3rd coupe that i'll have tinted and he does it for $50, does a great job too, seemless rear window as well. He'll do the windshield and any % you want also.
I niteshaded my tails then wetsanded and used the ultimate compound on them. they look very very glossy and smooth.

And S1lver where in Indy are you. Theres a place by 96th street and 69 called Asylum Autowerks and those guys are cool as hell and they will do anything to your car you want.
