It was witt's car (the tvs'd one)...I was driving. It was breaking up in 3rd gear and I kept having to let off at 1/2 track. The 107 trap it started mid way thru 3rd but i just stayed in it. We've been having some troubles with the new TB and fueling system. It was at 11.0 afr and like 10 deg timing max lol. There was a lot more in the car we were just riddled with issues.

My car is a piece of poop. My best run was a 14.22 @ 100.60. I had my first gear boost start @ 62% and ramp up from there. I was still spinning. I added some power but now I have to limit my boost due to poor traction. I am heading back to the dyno to get the tune worked on. I was more than a bit dissappointed.

I will try goin on a friday nite test/tune if my car ever quits hating me. i have a feeling i will likewise be disappointed with my times. the car never fails to disappoint me at the track
I consider it a good day if the car doesnt break down

bika if your headed to dragway 42 hit me up. norwalk is just a little far for me. give me a week notice or something so i can make it up there. n8g your car seems pretty low with your mods man, i cant believe your only 14.2 with that. im upset at my 13.8s on the stock exhuast and no traction in first gear. remember though that were run off the belt, we get instant boost, so we really dont have launch any more than 2k rpms. limit your boost to 8psi too. you need to do something with your intake too man, get the drop-in on there, i dont think your getting enough air to the charger. definetly look into a solid engine mount or the ingalls (ill have mine for sale in a week or too) and if you have the money.. some slicks of course, i though dont have 500 to through down on slicks. that or get some spray and youll be 13s

I have an AEM dryflow with the airbox mod. I didn't think I would be restricted that much. I'm headed back to the dyno tomorrow or Thursday. A different person is going to do the tuning. I have to get the tune fixed. It still dies a little around 5800 RPMs. I'm now starting to regret this car purchase.

i dont think i will go in on another track rental. its expensive and theres too much that can go wrong with the weather and stuff. even though they probly should have just shut down today, a track already has the money and wants to get the rental out of the way so they dont reschedule another weekend that they could make money off some other group.

other than the 40 bux that im out, im not too mad that i got my times screwed up and didnt run today. i didnt get my new stuff installed and tuned so my times probly wouldnt be any better than i ran previously.
Even with the weather, I got 25 passes in, not too sure what your problem was.

We had 3 solid hours of racing, with 56 cars there... do the math.

let it slide man, the more passes you do, the better you get on the feel for your car. recheck the tune, make sure your spark plugs are good and set at the right gap. you should come down to cbus and well go see tom (wickedss2005) and he can take a look at your car. everything will get figured out, dont worry too much about it, you have a faster set-up than i do
