My stupid balt keeps reaching coolant temps up to 201 F at idle... All coolant levels are good. The IC pump seems to be working, not sure how well and I noticed my radiator were not on even when the temp hit 201. Does anybody have a clue whats going on or can point me in the direction of a useful thread?

EDIT: Seems to be a normal thing. wtf? But I did notice my heat exchanger/Intercooler never got warm, while my radiator was hot as hell to the touch.

 

completely normal. ur not supposed to touch ur radiator after you turn your car off. intercoolor should be staying cool.

if your sitting in traffic ur coolent temps are gunna go up slowly...some ppl will see temps as high as 220. simple way to make ur fans kick on to cool the engine off is to flip ur air conditioning on for a few minutes and it'll make ur fans kick on. but dont worry, everything u described is normal.
