so how are we going about getting rooms/roommates?

 

alright heres the deal. Josh just called the Hilton and asked about group rates. We need 10 rooms to get a group rate. Normal rates though are $289 a night! WTF! Way to expensive! We can go to a different hotel and get a rate cheaper without a group rate then they will give us with a group rate. So were gonna call more hotels tommorow and get a group rate for them all. So ill keep ya posted. were looking for the cheapest while still being a nice ass hotel.

Danew just told me about this on facebook........I might come for old time's sake if the Miata is ready. It's getting a lot of "enhancements" throughout the month of August, so it really depends on if it's ready to go or not. But it'd be nice to see some of you guys.

 

Alright guys well we found a hotel with a great group rate price. Its 30 minutes from the beach, which isnt a big deal cause itll be a nice cruise there and back in our cars. Its Best Western Hotel. We got 10 rooms, and there 54.99 a night. Each room has 2 beds. So you can fit 4 people in a room. Thats 13.75 a person a night + Tax. If you want a room with only 2 people, thats 27.50 a night.

call 1-757-838-5011 for Reservations and Tell them you want a room with the East Coast Cobalt's to get that rate.


Because of the confusion of where everyone is staying, id like to get a list to see who all is going to the hotel. Id really like to keep everyone together if at all possible
