Ok gentlemen... i want to thank everyone that i had the pleasure of meetin some of you biznatches lol... had a great time learned alot and had a blast!

Now time to look into the very near future lol October meet. I myself want to step up and have alot of planning going on into this meet to make it hopefully as good as this one turned out. Looking at the date of OCTOBER 11th 2008 i'll start on some certain things that i would like to remain a suprise... tommy and jonny i'll keep you posted in some PM's. hopefully i can pull a few strings and see what we can get goin on.

Thanks again for all of you out-of-staters that showed the support that others like myself just appreciate like crazy and having a good time with us even if the weather was craptastic.

No offense, but the Columbus meet is kind of a tradition planned by the Dayton crew. It's awesome you want to help out, and I know you're excited because of the meet we just had, but I think it's kind of uncool for you to just jump in the drivers seat and take over without even asking some of the more seasoned planners/members... October is 6 months away still, and to early to start planning a meet IMO.

 

agreed, and also when planning the meet....usually we put up a few diferent dates with a poll and let everyone vote on what works best for them....... thanks for wanting to help start the next meet


about the next meet though, imo i think we need one in midsummer or something to fill our fix until october( as others already posted)

 

just to throw this out there, since bad weather prevented us form having a show and shine, the awards are being stored in my garage until the october meet, of course they do say april 19th 2008 on them though

tommy are those awards with the dates... are the dates etched in a lil plate thats glued on to the base... i can have them remade dirt cheap if need be

This is true. I have MANY connections (as shown by the April raint-out...er meet) Not trying to be cocky, but if anyone can get the big wigs here again, it's me and my lil workers, er, friends lol

I do like the Oct 11 date tho ( to cobaltchk) but we need to wait til closer to oct to plan this or it'll get lost/forgotten/fizzleout

 

yes they have dates on them that are glued to the marble. we can definetly do ahead and make new ones for them. and we wil lbe stopping every single car that comes up there. if i need cones in the road so be it

you should try and come out on campus with us man this summer, and i have a volleyball league team at flanagans in dublin, would you be down to join??
