The only downside is that we have to use LS2 Edit for tuning. HPT and EFI Live do not support the 08 G5 because GM, being the bastard that it is, decided to use a new PCM for that car. Why, I have no idea. I don't think they do either lol. But have no fear! I have an LS2 Edit cable 5 feet from me!!! It's only $100 to put your car into it or $550 if you want to buy your own. There's also a $50 "update" fee from Carputing. Hey, they gotta make money somehow right haha.

I usually do the 2.4s for $500 installed and tuned, yes. You will have to submit $150 to me through paypal to send this LS2E interface off to them to have your car programmed into it. Once I get it back we are good to go. PM me a list of all the parts you have and I will let you know if you may still need something. Also, I have my stock heat exchanger, M62, and LSJ TB for sale off my Redline. Nothin says sleeper like a heat exchanger that you can't even see! You are looking at about 8-10 hours for install time, depending on if you bring me all OE parts of if they are pieces that need extra work to make fit and what not, such as the heat exchanger.
For reference, here is a dyno graph on a 2.4 Cobalt I did last August with just a stock pulley and intake:
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-4l-le5-performance-tech-46/2-4-sc-dyno-numbers-167012/
That's about an 80whp/50ft.lb. gain! Throw a smaller pulley on there and watch the numbers climb!

If you can get the hook up at a dealership for like 20% off, you can get everything you need to do the install for less than $750.
Also, the LSJ tensioner pulley assembly with strut is a good idea, but use a stock belt, not stage two. If you poke around you can find the assembly. I got mine on ebay for $50. You can get it brand new for about $180. You will need the two bolts to secure this also.
Use larger than 20 gauge wiring for the IC pump. More like 16. You will also need a relay to properly power the IC pump.
You will need the LSJ alternator spacer and 3 extended bolts for it. There is also an extra small bolt for it. There is also a bolt that bolts the LSJ idler assembly to the side of it that you will need.
LSJ dipstick and tube makes it easier to check the oil.
The 2.2 TB will fit the M62 with some massaging, but if you plan to use the LSJ TB it's going to be hard to wire and properly scale it in LS2E. It can be done either way though.
You can use a coolant resovoir tank, or just the LSJ filler neck for the IC system. That will be easier to mount and look better under the hood.
You're also going to need some way to grind part of the side of the head down for clearance on the tensioner.
May I suggest a header too? Would help a lot!
Is the car auto or stick?

Hahahaha, I know. Money I don't have right now. I've been getting excited about all these parts knocking at my door, but it's gonna take a little while for me to collect all the cash to get everything I need. I'll probably be giving you a ring in late June for install and tuning.

That's cool, I get out that week, too. I go to WVU.
Idk about springs, I don't have a lift or anything, but the other stuff should be fairly easy. Catback exhaust?
