MPx 3 inch exhaust in testing for Cobalt SS !!

In addition to the tons of other parts that are in the testing/production phase right now, we just tested a prototype exhaust for the Cobalt that we are making in 3 inch size. Results were excellent, and we are now testing it with various mufflers and resonators until we can get a nice deep tone out of the exhaust.

Look for more updates on it later !

Fyi,
Just in case any of you would like to see MPx's latest exhaust to get a feel for the upcoming product, id like to post some more information/pics. This exhaust has been in the market for about a year and half now, and is the most popular exhaust for the SRT-4. Its the most inexpensive, 3 inch, mandrel bent, with flanges, exhaust on the market, and it provides excellent power numbers.

You can rest assured we will bring to market a piece thats just as good quality wise, provides good power numbers, and very competitive price wise.

Will the exhaust be for the original body with it being a one mufler exhaust coming out of the left or will you make some for a dual exit look?

If u need any test cars i would be happy to help lol

doing a true dual setup on a 4 banger is near impossible as well as dumb. true duals are for v6's v8's etc. where the header has its own exhaust section not connected to one another., unless by an h pipe. but still providing a true dual exhaust setup.

Ive seen a true dual exhaust on a ricer, all they did was instead of having one header they had 2 (sounds odd but it worked) on one side so basicaly 2 pistons for one header, then they just ran it through to the end. it was completly for show it didnt add any performance, sounded nice though
