I don't think it needs to be Billet... but something to replace the stock piece of crap would be nice.

This is what mine looks like with the Gold Piece missing (it fell off)... it looks good, IMO. But up close... it looks like **** because of the crappy quality... and it's not made to be on top. That ugly Gold Bow-Tie is.

all the stuff mrz makes is really nice stuff.. our bow ties are kinda complex bein there not like the ones on the chevy trucks which are flat. basically what they are sayin is that it would take to much of an investment in man time and machine work to make it worth them selling..

yeah its just not worth the money they would have to put in it. but to say they dont make anythin worth a **** isnt right cuz they make some of the best quality stuff you can buy. and some of its functions just as well as it looks (ie the strut tower brace).. btw thanks for the group buy on that mrz...

who said it had to be 3d? i'd settle for a flat one like the ones on the trucks. in fact it would probably look better. Considering theres a billet bow tie made for a chevy truck that consumers obviously purchase since i see about a dozen of them a day, i fail to see how it wouldnt be "worth the money" to make one for a cobalt.

I guess thats just my opinion. If door sill plates, oil caps, and injector covers are working for you, then more power to ya.

He kinda has a point...wouldn't a "billet" bowtie pretty much work on any newer chevy with the gold bowtie(s)...?

Well, in review....maybe there aren't that many apps for a 3D (?) version....

the ones on the trucks are way bigger and they are flat.. they could make a flat one for the balt but flat just doesnt look as good as the 3d one..

well ask for a flat one then. im pretty sure that they have thought everyone wanted one that was 3d like the orignal bowtie.
