2005 Chevy Cobalt 2.2l ecotec P0341 code issues

I've got a 2005 cobalt with a 2.2l. Originally when I got it, it had several codes. Long story short, i replaced the ICM which eliminated all the codes but one. I did, during the ICM swap, change the coil pack, and it has fresh plugs. So now, the remaining P0341 code has me stumped. This engine does not has a camshaft position sensor, but yet I'm getting a P0341 camshaft position sensor code. I was in hopes of the ICM taking care of that to. But no. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Camshaft sensor is integrated into the icm. May have to cycle it through. Try clearing it and see if it comes back?
