Brakes not working after I replaced the rear end no idea what could be wrong

 

There's absolutely no way anyone here can help you with the information you've provided. I'd suggest you go back and look over your work, and if you don't immediately see anything then do the job over. Make sure you verify every step in the job. A brake job is simple, but extremely important that you get everything right.
