Hey guys, I’m Dan. I had a manual 2006 LS with the L61 in high school and always wanted an SS. I thinky first one was a commercial escort car, it had 200k miles when I bought it and around 260k when I sold it to a buddy for his wife to drive and a few months later she blew up the transmission…

Anyway, I’m glad to finally be in the club again, and the SS club for the first time!

I’m on the lookout for some stock wheels or some different ones at least. The previous owner switched the car to 5x4.5” so I may just stick with that.

 

Cool to see you got a car you wanted for so long. Is this the supercharged or tubied version?

It’s a 2008, so it’s the turbo version. I actually test drove a supercharged version in 2014 or so and really liked it.
