I have a black 2009 SS Sedan I bought new.
Lately, whenever I've been taking a curve (seem right turns) at a higher speed the stabilitrak is going off way too early. I'm on the freeway taking a bend at 85. I don't know if it's related, but it started sometime after I got my Stage 1 upgrade.
I had the dealership do an alignment, check the suspension and the electronics. The suspension was a tiny bit out, but it's still doing it. I'm going to play with my tire pressures.
I'm running decent, all-season tires, with a lot of tread.
Anyone else see the stabilitrak slow the car down at 85 on a freeway curve?
