I appreciate all the hellos!! I have an 09 had it since new has been garage kept and was a “play car”. Times have changed and now it’s my daily driver. I have installed a zzp dp k&n intake and had zzp flash my ecm after having the gm 1 installed.

the car ran like a raped date for a few months then I blew out the stock intercooler. Had a few codes of course but they were turbo related cause of a major leak. Thru some insurance juggling I had a buddy install what I thought was going to be a zzp ic with the new pipes which he didn’t do so now I’m stuck with a ic that doesn’t really match the car and a ton of codes. P0013 the exhaust actuator
P0236 turbo boost sensor
P0106 MAF sensor

Of course I called zzp for guidance and they are no help what so ever they tell me to bring the car in 🤤 yea ok!! So I’ve checked for boost leaks none. I’ve cleaned the maf, nothing there and replaced both actuators and nothing. The car always drives weird intermittent boost with a choo,choo,choo noise after I let off. Surging in fifth gear. No power sometimes where I damn near have to floor it in first to move. I don’t know what else to do guys I can’t afford another car so gotta fix this one please help!!! I buy lunch for whom ever can figure this one out!!! Thanks!!!

i forgot to add too the P0236 doesn’t always come up. If I reset the codes immediately the P0013 code comes up then the P0106 code comes maybe a day or two later which is strange cause the turbo does all this weird stuff and the first code is the exhaust actuator code!! Please help me!!!

It’s a jdm intercooler. It has two reducing elbows where the pipes attach to. There are no leaks I boost leak tested it up to 27 lbs and all holds good. The jdm ic was installed somewhat professional. He welded brackets and everything I just don’t like the reducers cause he had to cut the hot and cold side pipes to get everything to fit but everything is tight and leak proof
