I'm new again.
I'm new again.
Back in the day I was on this forum with my 2006 SS/SC. Although im sure this site has changed quite a bit since then, I am happy to say that I am back with my new (to me) 2009 Cobalt SS/TC!
I was in need of a new daily driver as my Yukon is not the greatest on gas mileage and my real toy stays in the garage. I thought to myself "why not go back to a fun car" and here I am.
My name is Matt and I am a GM tech for about 8 years now in Kansas City, MO. Specializing in mostly Cadillacs, I am a huge GM fan. I will be picking up my Cobalt this Saturday from Chicago. Its black with red accent interior and G85 package. I would be interested in swapping my high spoiler for a low if anyone else is looking for one.
I hope to get many years out of this car and will be installing at least the 3bar map sensors with my own tuning, and the powell PCV system I have been reading about. The car is already lowered and has the HAHN intake and zzp catless downpipe installed. I am very familiar with LS based engine management and hope to learn more about the LSJ/LNF setups through HP tuners and both experimenting myself and also learning from info here.

My "real toy" is a 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. 6.2 liter supercharged with manual trans.
Mods list:
Eibach lowering springs
Professionally polished wheels
Airaid intake
American Racing long tube headers to catless x pipe
Ported throttle body and supercharger snout
2.4" upper with 8.6" lower pulley combos (around 15-16lbs psi)
850cc injectors
Triple pass low mount heat exchanger
Brian Tooley Racing stage 2 cam
Various cosmetic "enhancements"
All done with less than 11,000 on the odometer
Have not put it on the dyno since the last round of mods but am speculating ~650 RWHP on 91 pump gas.
Heres a couple pics. I can look for some more if anyone is interested.

Thank you, appreciate that. And I have skimmed through there quite a bit. I am comfortable with the information that I have gathered from the forums to tackle this myself. Hope to have some good results.
