Im located in wilkes barre, pa. the car feels strong to me but ive never been in a turbocharged car. when I bought the car, owner said it had ZZP upgrades, Intercooler, radiator, upper / lower charge pipes, MAF reloaction, Blow off valve kit, ZZP dyno tune. He say's it is at about 320 at the wheels. Also has GM stage 2 upgrades.

I would just like to meet up with someone local with some experience behind these cars to give it a better look over than i could.

Welcome. I'm not far from you.

By the way, there are no GMS2 upgrades for the Cobalt SS Turbo, only GMS1.

I looked everywhere I cant seem to find where that line is supposed to go. and cant trust anyone near me to look at it. also, it usually boosts around 10psi when Im hard on the gas. whats the average stock psi for these cars?

It should be 16 or 17 psi on a stock tune, 21or so psi on a gms1. I'm running 24 psi on a custom tune.

Something isn't right, find out where that line goes and do a boost leak test!

yea something definitely isn't right. if it's been zzp dyno tuned to around 320 whp you should be seeing way more than 10 psi

That is very weird. Is it 10psi fo sho? Limp mode is usually 5psi or less.

That line looks like it's from the stock BPV.

Can ya get us a picture of where the intake goes into the turbo? Heres a pic of mine(I use an aftermarket VTA yours won't look the same). I believe the line is from this. The second picture is the stock plastic one to give you an idea. They might have a block off plate and the hose just chilling by itself.
