Had to make a new account after forgetting my older

My 09 ss before i starting to tear it apart for rebuild
information for not being on in so long just thought I would say hello

 

Looks clean for the age of it. What all have you done so far?

 

It's nowhere near as clean as the 06 I had years ago.
i have to do a bunch of paint work to it.
it's technically stock the timing chain guids shattered and the turbo cracked at the divider so current its torn apart ill be building a new engine for it im currently in the process of porting the head but i have just about every bolt on part you cant think of still have alot more parts to order including a efr turbo.
I only paid $1000 for the car so I have no problem spending the money to get it where I want it.

 

what's the milage on the engine? I have to do a timing set soon or something there fingers crossed just a tensioner but am i on a ticking time bomb? Ive had a friend need to replace his in a lsj and lnf basically at the same 100,000 mile mark but he is stupid hard on his vehicles and I don't know the full service or history of maintenance for this 09 tc I just bought and there's definitely noise.
