you def arent going to want to be doing 180mph in a base model cobalt thats for sure. your gonna have to update your suspension then your going to have to dump some coin into that motor to run a super big turbo to even get to 160 lol. your better off getting an LNF which is the turbo cobalt and doing a big turbo swap on that lol.

I was in the same situation as you before I had an 09 l61 put a good bit of money into it and I'm glad I got the LNF, faster than my base model would've ever been.
As far as supercharging your engine you could do like 8lbs of boost on a stock pulley size on the eaton m62.
[QUOTE="no_ss;7554226"] going to look into that LNF besides that what other mods would give more hp I've already done the exaughst cold air intake and eibach springs what else would you recommend

[quote=Kota]No mods make a difference due to the learn down system really unless you get a tune. But usually you just need catless downpipe, intake, tune, if you want to make bigger numbers on stock turbo you'll need either E47 or E85
you can put a supercharger on it but your only gonna make maybe 200-230whp with it unless that motors fully built and you put a tvs which is a bigger supercharger or a turbo on it

210-215 stock.
but yeah, there is no way a 2.2 is making that kinda power with those mods.

typical 18 y/o that thinks an intake, exhaust and tune will net him 50 whp..... just because the internet says so
