As the title says im new and looking to get a cobalt SS.Things to keep in mind are,im not savy when it comes to cars,and I dont have much experience with manual vehicles. The reason im coming to the forums for help is because im looking to get a new car and found a dealership that has quite a bit of 08-10 Cobalt SS Turbocharged cars on the lot. A few of them are already modded all the way up into the 300-350+ hp range. I was considering getting one that was already modded, but a few friends of mine suggested that i get one without any mods because you never know whats going on with the car. But to my understanding all modifications were made by the dealer themselves.They also have 2 that have no modifications done to them (as of now).I would like to get one and mod it myself.But the Price of buying one thats already modded seems cheaper than buying one without mods and modding it later. any thoughts on this? also i can get all the details if needed.

It would be better to get a stock Cobalt and mod it yourself tom what you want
