Hi everyone just checkin in and saying hello. Been lurking around and thinking about picking up another car for the stable. Thinking the SS would suite nicely for myself.
Suppose I will say a little about my background.
I have chevrolet factory training, subaru factory training, and am ASE master certified as well as ASE certed in Diesel repair on the Automotive side. I was a dyno operator for several years and did custom tunes for people with various makes and models. Started out with the old Bin burner lol then moved to many others including EFI live tuning. I am now back at the home business running the shop (Marine and Automotive shop of 35+ years) Decided there was no place like home and am now working at building and expanding our business. We are a Mercury, Mercruiser, Yamaha, BRP dealer. Been getting all those ceritifications under the belt now.
I have a Third gen Camaro drag car that happens to have also been my first car I was able to hang onto it after all these years. It is now a high 8 second capable setup. Always a work in progress though lol
I commute 70 miles a day on some serious twisty roads and am looking to add a ss to my daily setup to go along side the AE86 I currently have run everyday for the last 8 years. Something a little more comfortable and I can build up.
Looks like a good place you guys have here and some valuable information!
So hello to everyone!

Well I am now an official owner lol just got back from ca with a 07 ss in victory red with all the options and it had 43k on it. I'm stoked! It is totally bone stock. Only thing i would change is low profile spoiler which I want to swap to the high profile one. I will post pics here shortly. Wiped after the drive home. Let the mods begin lol

Honestly it is wayyyy to quiet for this man lol!
I am already planning to do a small build on it. I have been used to the side piped exhaust of my ae86 for so long............ Gotta get some sound to it!
It is smooth as glass though. I cant get over the low miles! Took a while of hunting but I am stoked!
seems to handle the twists and turns well. I am thinking some lowering, sway bars, and braking upgrades will have it that much better!

That's a rare find. Bone stock.
I know you already got one but there's a bone stock turbo sedan that's been for sale for a long time in our area.
His price is the reason it's still for sale but it's going to be a great one for whoever ends up with it eventually.
Hopefully he doesn't let the stealership steal it in trade.....
