Welcome aboard. There aren't many SS's left at this point. I only see a few here and there and I have the only tc in my small town of 15,000.

As many cobalts that I have seen they have all been Lt I always look at the badges and all have the low wing and mine has the high rise it's alright being unique but at the same time no help with the supercharger I live in a very small town in eastern Ky no tuners here and noone really knowledgeable at all including my dealer.. Or should I say stealer lol... I have been having an issue with a miss. Car was supposed to have been tuned by HP tuner no idea what tune was put on it .. Changed my plugs tried diffrent gaps I went with ac delco double platinum ... Gapped at 0.25, 0.30, 0.35, 0.40 only way it runs decent is gapped at 0.35 but not 100% 0.40 is recommended gap and missed like crazy .. Little better now that I'm running 93 gas in it but on average cost me $39 to fill up in my area

Welcome. 12.5 on a 2.9 inch pulley sounds like GM stage 2ish boost numbers.

If you are in Kentucky probably a good chance James Rakes tuned it as he lives there.

I keep having annoying issue with the car idleing up and down steps I have took to fix it

TB clean with tb cleaner and a toothbrush

New ac delco platinum plugs gapped on 0.32 tried them on 30 35 40 as well seem to run better on 32

Maf sensor clean and filter clean

Checked map sensor seem to be in order

Checked all vaccum lines

Thinking next a fuel filter. Car sometimes surges when cruising

Anymore suggestions ?

If you are using the garage talk app on a phone-
Go to what forum topic you want to to post in, and on the upper right hand corner there are 3 dots- hit that button and make a post.
