Hello fellow members.

I just purchased a 2009 SS/TC Sedan (Sport Red Tintcoat) from another forum member and am very excited. I look forward to my commute now, which is a big change from 3 weeks ago suffering through an hour every day piloting my old daily driver (2008 Saturn Astra).

Anyway, I'm on the lookout for a set of winter wheels/tires so let me know if you have any suggestions.

Welcome with Sedan love, you will find it to be more sleeper than anything. Also if you enjoy your car you will find it hard to not be on this site 24x7.

 

Thanks. I am amazed at how quick and responsive this car is. I've been lurking here for a while, looking for the perfect car since I read about it's performance at Car and Driver's Lightning Lap.

Plus, my speed-obsessed 7 year old son approves wholeheartedly.

 

Im not sure which one you bought but tell us a little about it, what it has done to it what you plan on doing. I just moved to the Indianapolis area and have a SS Sedan also (North side though).

Your kids gonna love this car the first time you roll against a V8 and pull on it!

With the Stage 1 tune and the down pipe, I really don't plan on any other mods, besides a set of winter tires/wheels and a tint. This will make me sound old but it's fast enough as is!

 

Thats a clean car!! shhhhh we don't say that around here. nothing is fast enough it can always be faster haha
