New member from Washington state, need some help
So my mom and I own a 2006 SS S/C and we're having from my understanding what I've seen on the forums here a few times the common cylinder 3 misfire code, we've put over 3k into trying to fix it, what we've done so far engine wise are new fuel rail and injectors, new coils and spark plugs. Now granted the exhaust was cut off and it started shortly after that, had a shop test it and tell us it's a back pleasure issue(burnt cat and O2 sensors) haven't gone the route of fixing that yet. The last time we were working on it the banjo bolt for the cooltant overflow tube(see picture below) cross threaded, we had to drill it out so we used a helicoil kit to re thread the hole and put the new bolt in, we didn't have the old copper seals from the previous bolt so we had to buy new ones now after putting it back together it still leaks coolant from said location, tried the airline sealent to try and stop the leaking(didnt work). The bolt is covered in the airline sealent(brown)

It sounds like the cylinder 3 misfire may be mechanical as you have replaced the coil, plug and injector. Do a compression test and see what it is in cylinder 3 compared to the others.
As for your leaking overflow tube it should not be leaking if torqued correctly unless something is out of alignment or one or more of the mating surfaces are damaged or otherwise irregular. I would inspect all four mating surfaces and go from there.

Thanks man, I will have a shop do a compression test though after driving it the other day at operating temp there was no smoke coming from the back so maybe just needs the exhaust, as far as the bolt goes I will double check the mating surfaces and sand em even if need be, buying another bolt as well as washers found on a Euro site(the 2.0 apparently is a Saab motor) had to buy the banjo bolt from the same site, it will be a few weeks before all this is done but I will definitely update as I go, thank you again, 2 and a half years of research and work and basically getting no where, making me quite frustrated
