Newbie wants a 'balt

My name is Ken and I'm a brand new newbie noob here. I pretty much joined up to the forum due to a car wreck that I believe will result in a total. The upshot of that is that right up the street from the body shop I found an 07 SS/SC and fell in love with the whole SS Cobalt culture. However that 'stealership' is asking 11k for that one and after taxes and fees etc, I would be looking at 13k. So in anticipation of the insurance company cutting me a check for my car, I have been scouring as many sources as possible for an 05-07 SS Cobalt. I live in Las Vegas and I have found a few around the 7K mark in Arizona and California. It really seems that all of the good ones for sale are Midwest or east coast. But I am glad to have found this forum and to find a good group of folks that really love their 'balts!

If anyone knows of a nice SS/SC cobalt for sale with a good entry level price, please let me know.

For 13k you can get a 08-10 SS, I wouldn't spend more than 9k on a stock SS/SC

Pending mileage and condition the man above me is correct.

TC models generally go for 13k around 50k miles from what I have seen recently.

TC's a better package all around if your budget can afford it.

The 07 SS/SC has 80k miles. They want 10,650 for it. I figured it would be 13k after all of the taxes and fees and such.

I wouldn't pay more than 8.5k for that.
