P37f0

Hey guys I'm new to the site and I'm hoping someone can answer a obd11 scanner code question for me. Today while driving I went to go into 4th gear and it threw me into engine low power mode so I pulled over shut it off for a few and let it recalculate then turned her back on and she's fine. Scanned it as soon as I got where I was going and it came up this P37F0 code. I searched online and can't seem to figure it out. Can anyone help me out as to the meaning of this code and how to fix the issue? Thanks in advance!

This wiring has always concerned me and has given me issues in the past... Does everything look correct here?

That's not a standard OBD code... probably why you're having trouble with it.

Either you need to check/uncheck a box on your OBD11 to give you generic OBD codes (my VCDS scanner can swap between generic and manufacturer specific codes, for example), or take it to an Autozone/Advance, where they'll read the codes for free and give you a little print out.

I see nothing obviously wrong with the wiring in the picture. Looks like there might be some vacuum hoses missing, but a single, narrow-angle picture makes it hard to really say/diagnose anything.
