What's up everyone, I'm new to the forum and a new cobalt owner. I've got an 07 ss/sc, cobalt blue, bone stock! The first thing I want to check off my list is a new exhaust...the tail pipe is a little rusted and I want something clean and a little louder. Suggestions would be great! Should I get just a muffler? Or a full cat back?

Welcome! Tons of good info here. I don't have an exhaust however someone else will chime in. They'll also tell you how to search. I'd go full catback if you have the $. Also post up some pics of the car. I love that color. In b4 ambassadors

 

How to search:

1. Google.com
2. Type: "site:cobaltss.net"
3. Then type your search topic

This tells google to only look at this site

lots of involved exhaust threads exist, many with videos.

most will suggest corsa touring catback or zzp 2.5" resonated catback. don't just do a muffler swap lol

axle back works.. easier to pick up a new full stainless exhaust. but make sure you get a resonator or you will hate life. i know i do with mine

Welcome! Might I suggest the 2.5" ark dts exhaust? High quality stainless and mine looks pretty new for its age compared to some competitors. Enjoy your stay.
