IMO you could run anywhere from a small shot of 35 and as high as 100. I personally am not going to run nos untill I have a forged motor. Also I would spray after the blower and not before.

To play it safest, purchase the Stage 3 kit, and use nitrous with that. You will want to use stock intake as much as possible, due to preset MAF calibrations. It should handle itself nicely for a 35-50 shot.
Stage 2 itself is not capable of running nitrous, even with a 5th injector, due to timing retard issues with NO2 use.
