noob question
i've never used n2o before but i'm just curious, has anyone ever put spray on a stock 2.2 engine? take it easy on me as i know this will probably **** off some one, like i said, i know nothing about nos and probably won't even use it but i'm just wondering
It all depends on the shot I mean if you do a 100 shot on a completely stock motor then obviously yes it would do some damage and probably wouldnt be good for it at all but if you do a 35 shot or something of that nature then my guess is you should be fine, If your gonna run n2o you should probably have some supporting mods also, good luck

A exhaust & intake would be a good addition, to let it breathe. A good rule of thumb for safety is as follows. Max shot of nitrous should be = to or less then 1/2 total stock horsepower. For example.
A 400hp stock engine, should be able to handle a 200shot at it's max, but a 125-150shot is totally safe.
A 300hp stock engine, should be able to handle a 150shot at it's max, but a 100-125shot is totally safe.
A 200hp stock engine, should be able to handle a 100shot at it's max, but a 75shot is totally safe.
A 100hp stock engine, shoulb be able to handle a 50shot at it's max, but a 35shot is totally safe.
Max shot requires 2-4 degrees of timing taken out of the tune & 1 stage colder plugs.
Safe shots don't require any timing removal, but colder plugs are still in order.
I have never came across a car that didn't like or respond well to a 50-75shot, hell for fun we spray all our rental car's with a 100shot dry. It's safe for a bottle or 2.
