pistons with nitrous
is it better to run a low compression piston with nitrous or high compression.
i plan on boosting it after i get it built but maybe not for a while so i was thinking about running nitrous until i get a turbo on it.

well higher compression and nitrous is going give you a lot of cylinder pressure so i will say lower compression pistons will be better. Same as if you plan on running more boost.

i was thinking that but wanted to make sure low compression wouldnt hinder the effects of those power adders.
also would i be able to run a bigger shot of nitrous with lower compression pistons and not damage anything?

assuming your compression ratio is not that high (>11to1) then its not neccassary to run low compression (<9to1) unless your exceeding 50 hp per cylinder of nitrous however with methanol or race gas you can run more than that per cylinder on high compression. but if you plan on boosting it later you might as well lower the compression now.
