What kind of plugs and gap are those with 50 shots using?

im guessing step colder..and also depends on the pulley size u have..

what kind of motor do you have?

if its a 2.0 check redlineforums .com in the performance section, they have a sticky of available spark plugs with stock heat range, 1 step and 2 step colder.

Every vendor I have seen so far states that when yuo use nitrous to go one step colder. As far as the gap I heard about .035. But not sure
