Wet Kits?

Anyone running wet shots of nitrous on their cars? If so engine, pics if possible, and where your jets are located.

If you look VERY CLOSELY you can see the jet on the bottom side of the intake to the right of the radiator hose

There is a test port on the fuel rail, remove the schrader valve and screw on the fuel feed line. Easy stuff.

Yeah, look directly below the oil cap and you'll see the wire loomed fuel line coming off the fuel rail, its the line that has some electrical tape on it. Look closely

Pre, actually before the TB. No tuning for it yet, have some personal situations that need to be dealt with, then I'll start tuning it. On a wet shot, there shouldn't be any fueling issues.

i'm talking about starving the fuel rail, or causing any problems for the fueling/tuning of the engine from tapping the fuel line

i was only asking because of the consensus on here that lack of fuel is causing the cylinder 4 problems

If your worried about cylinder 4, switch to a return style fuel system.

I beleive there is a how to somewhere

exactly why i am asking about fueling, if people are wanting to go return on stock blowers i just want to make sure a wet kit isnt going to take too much fuel out of the system, even though it is ending up back in the system in the charge air

You can change the jets around when running nitrous so you can purposely run rich

Currently I'm running a .044 nitrous and .021 fuel jet. I should be running like .024 fuel jet, but the stock PCM runs the car rich, so I'm purposely leaning out the mixture.

alright heres what i was scheming:

spray after the blower almost in a direct port setup instead of a single jet...and run a dedicated fuel line with its own pump and filter from the tank

I plan to go return before pushing the car further, but the drain from the current setup should not be too great. I've done bigger shots on two other LSJs near me, (75 and a 90) and they both run great and have for some time now.

Similar to what I have in another car. My jets are smaller though.

What is the base fuel pressure on the 2.2? I know the LSJ is much higher than what the jets are set for, meaning that if they say to use a .21 jet, they are figuring on 42psi fuel pressure. Our cars run about 58psi or so, meaning that it will be rich or you need to use a smaller fuel jet to get the correct mixture.
