Not really, 3/8" wouldn't be enough to affect it from what I've seen, I think it would all be fine. Might have to fab a spacer or new bracket for the I/C pump, but otherwise everything should bolt up. I'd be worried about even distribution though, unless you entered from both ends, which would be difficult on our cars.

 

I know the fuel pressure on a 2.2 is 58psi
