Friday night July 22nd: Meet and greet at the Holiday Inn 6161 West Grand Avenue, Gurnee, IL 60031

Saturday July 23rd: Autocross racing at Lake County Fairgrounds 8am
$35.00 per driver, spectators are free

Sunday July 24th: Drag racing at GreatLakesDragaway
$45.00 per driver admission (includes car show)
$15.00 per person spectator admission (includes car show)
Car show will be held at the drag strip (will require $15.00 spectator admission)

Rooms have been set aside for July 22,23 & 24th under CrateEngineDepot for $125.00 per night.

So did Auto-X actually happen last year? Think we missed it. If it going on this year for sure, I'd love to see how my Tacoma X-Runner does - it's supposed to pull '.9 G's' and feels like it!

 

I plan on coming.

This is going to be a good year.
This will be the first year we are doing the autocross on a Saturday, so I think a whole lot more people will be able to be able to enjoy this.
If you have never tried a autocross, this is the perfect venue to try it out. Everyone who has ever done it has loved it.
We should have a wide variety of cars this year so please pass the word to anyone with a sport compact to come on out.
