Have to take the car apart...AGAIN

Well, today i found out that my clutch pedal had no pressure and felt like air was in the line. I had put in a brand new centerforce clutch with brand new flywheel as well. I also went the route of buying a new throw out bearing. I put it back together and when i was done with it, i bled the clutch line and it took for ******* ever. Then the next day i went out, I got all the air out of the line and had very good pressure on the clutch pedal. I had noticed last night that there was a decent sized puddle of brake fluid underneith the trans and bellhousing. So, i clean that all up and i go back and pump the clutch pedal a couple of time to see if any brake fluid was leaking and i seen nothing coming out right where the bellhousing and trans meet. A few hours later i go back out in the garage to see if it was leaking, and to my surprise it was, in the exact same spot. SO, what i am thinking is that when i put the trans back in, it was really kinda tough to get it back in, i must have done something to that throw out bearing. Also, i just bought an engine hoist so i can take it apart again and see what is going on. If you guys think it something different before i tear it apart again feel free to let me know what you think, the advice will be greatly appericated.
