Install of stg2 in WISCONSIN

Hey guys, I'm looking to get the stage 2 installed soon...I just had a few questions that I'd like you to help me answer.

What dealership?

Who (tech's name) did the install?

How long did it take (hours)?

Did you watch?

Did they remove the supercharger?

Did you swap in a smaller pulley in for the stage 2 pulley?

How much did it cost?

Were you satisfied?

What dealership? Holz

Who (tech's name) did the install? ? probably bubba and his friends who put 10 miles on my car.

How long did it take? they wanted it overnight

Did you watch? No. Would not allow

Did they remove the supercharger? Yes

Did you swap in a smaller pulley in for the stage 2 pulley? Plead the 5th

How much did it cost? $200

Were you satisfied?

Not after I received my stock pulley back cracked and had to almost argue with them to get my 2 bits back. Since then I have been going to Lynch in Burlington, there is 1 tech there that is cool and knows his ****.

Yeah, I called the dealer I bought my car from and he said $315 but then again he didn't know you had to remove the supercharger. Despite that, the guys at my dealer are really cool. Newman's in Cedarburg.

Take the blower off takes about 5 mins.

Its removing the pulley and loading the tune that acutally takes the time.

Well, today I just found out the closest dealer, Bergstrom, does it for $250. Mike there says they have done 3-4 of them and the price is rock solid. He seemed pretty confident about the answers he gave me when I asked him a few bs question I knew about already. I think im going to swing my car in there this week to get it installed. When I was lookin for my car last year I went to them and the salesmen didn't know **** and treated me like crap when i wanted a test drive. They also totally high-balled me on a price I know I could get for cheaper somewhere else. So, I went somewhere else. The service department seemed cool though.

Actually just got back from bergstrom in milwaukee on metro blvd. They did a super quick job, knew what they were talking about, and did it for $250. I dropped it off at 8:00am and picked it up at Noon. It was washed and sitting there, ready to take into the snow. Along with the install, they did the recall work and messed with my stock intake tube (it was hitting the grounding bolt). Crazy for doing all of it under 4 hours. I was very pleased. The shitty part about all of this is that I wasn't able to "use" it on the way home due to the damn SNOW! Oh yeah...and it got all snow dirty from the drive.

I'm Stage 2!
