WOW 4 people now, I've see like 4 different SS s/c driving around now in the Twin Cities but non of which are apart of this site, well so it seams.

Hey is anyone also from the MNSC's site?

I've had mine since July, and I've never seen another one on the road around Plymouth, where I live.

You may see one soon , I have been offered a job in Minnesota. Mankato area I guess, as I have not seen the exact area I will be working out of yet. Any opinions on the 30 mile radius would be appreciated(housing, schools for kids, things to do)....PM me though, as to not mess up this area(and get me in deep...). Right now I have a '05 yellow SS / SC in Ripon area WI. Mods next summer after I am settled in on this job. The wife will be looking into a P.T. Ast. job somewhere too. Thanks for any help people !

I am living in MN now , work in Mankato. May see me around southern MN now, More of MN as summer approaches and I can explore. Now I have to find compact car shops, worthwhile Chevy dealers(performance oriented) and maybe find some car shows in the summer(not for my car,but I still like the gathering of car-folk) .

I'm not on MNSC at all, i've been meaning to one of these days. been more involved in the local grand prix scene actually. if we ever get a bunch of cobalts in the area it'd be fun to have a local cobalt club. Bob T, i stop down in mankato to see a couple of friends periodically, maybe i'll see your car around some time.

Sounds good to me too . Looking in my "Old Cars Weekly" newspaper I am sorry to find that there are , like , no grass roots type car shows being advertised for the coming summer months. I was hoping to find some local shows /swap meets/cruise nights , but maybe they are just not being advertised yet(I hope). I subscribe to the paper , so if I read of one in the southern portion of the state I will mention it here for all to see.

Bob, i don't know too much about the southern part of the state. there's always back to the 50's in june, that's a really big show. as far as smaller shows theres usually a weekly one up in the northern suburbs, least there was last summer. other than that the only ones i know of is a grand prix/w-body show sometime in june i think. my hometown of hutchinson used to have a show every friday night at the mall parking lot, there were usually a dozen or so old cars that showed up and a few new ones. there's gotta be some kind of local car club that puts on a show in mankato. i have a friend that lives down by the iowa border, i'll have to see if he knows of any.

Well hopefully I can get me and my car out of Ham Lake , I have driven the car quite a bit , and as far as the wing goes ? I do not notice it anymore , it's all in how you sit in the car , the car is an 05 with the G-85 upgrade , so maybe the recaro's help with my vision , I have seen tamer spoilers on the web , it seems to me that , it all comes down to personal taste I guess ! Good luck with getting yours ! I fell in love with it the first day I picked it up .

i only hope i can get a g-85, if i'm lucky i can find one used with a few miles on it. how are the recaros? they look nice, i just wish they would come with the color inserts, or be able to put them in, maybe from katzkin or something.
